Carved stone post by the B1113, in parish of WRENINGHAM (SOUTH NORFOLK District), North of entrance to Rose Cottage, Norwich Road, on the verge, on West side of road. New Buckenham wedge, erected by the New Buckenham turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : NORWICH / 8 / MILES : : WRENINGHAM : : NEW BUCKENHAM / 7 / MILES / LONDON / 101 MILES : Norfolk HER.
