This Diamond Jubilee commemorative milestone is located on the north carriageway just before Lock Lane road and number sign, on the wide verge on the west side of road. Parish of North Claines (Wychavon District). Metal plate attached to concrete post, Bradley post design, erected by Worcestershire County Council Highways Department in 2012. Inscription reads:- A449 / STOURPORT 9 / 3 WORCESTER / {inset crown} Milestone Society National ID: WO_SPWO09R
