Metal plate attached to stone post by the UC Road (was A140), in parish of HORSHAM ST FAITH AND NEWTON ST FAITH (BROADLAND District), Norwich Road, by No. 14, at rear of pavement in verge, on West side of road. Cromer iron plate, erected by the Aylsham & Cromer turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- NORWICH 4 AYLSHAM 7 CROMER 18 Norfolk HER.
