Carved stone post by the UC road, in parish of PATRINGTON (EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE District), Winestead, North of entrance to Manor Farm, in front of hedge, on East side of road. Patrington stone, erected by the Patrington turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : (17) / Miles / from / HULL : : (2 / Miles / from / Patrington) : Carved benchmark on side.
