Cast iron post by the UC road, in parish of CAISTER ON SEA (GREAT YARMOUTH District), Yarmouth Road, about 10yds South of Tan Lane, outside hairdressers, in pavement against wall, on East side of road. Garrett face iron casting, erected by the Norwich & Yarmouth turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : YARMOUTH / 2 : : CAISTER / TO / {illegible} : : ACLE / 9 / NORWICH / 20 : Norfolk HER.
