Carved stone post (plate lost) by the A137, in parish of ARDLEIGH (TENDRING District), Harwich Road, by Foxash Estate, by the road, on North side of road. Erected by the Essex Second District turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription once read:- (Colchester) (6) (Harwich) (15) Grade II listed.
