Carved stone post by the B3217, in parish of HIGH BICKINGTON (TORRIDGE District), 250m West of Bale's Ash; just North of lay-by - where verge narrows, on grass verge, below hedge bank, on West side of road. Barum tombstone, erected by the Barnstaple turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- 10 BARUM Grade II listed.
