Carved stone post by the UC road, in parish of LYDHAM (SOUTH SHROPSHIRE District), Greenfields, West of Hardwick junction, by the road, on South side of road. Bishops Castle arched stone, erected by the Bishops Castle turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- MILES B. CASTLE 3 Shrewsbury 17 Shropshire HER listed.
