Carved stone post by the A379, in parish of DAWLISH (TEIGNBRIDGE District), Teignmouth Road, Holcombe, opposite No.6, deep in the hedge, back from grass verge, on East side of road. Teignmouth granite stone, erected by the Teignmouth & Dawlish turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- 2 Miles to TEIGNMOUTH 13 Miles to EXETER Devon & Dartmoor HER listed.
