Stone post by the A483, in parish of Disserth and Trecoed (Powys District), Disserth Mill, just South of northbound layby (now a new, safer turn to Disserth Mill), 75m North of (old, cut off) turn to Disserth Mill, on grass verge, now behind crash barrier. Inscription reads:- IV Ms to the WELLS TO BUILTH III W Watkins 1759 Grade II listed by Cadw.
