Carved stone post by the A373, in parish of PAYHEMBURY (EAST DEVON District), East of Colliton Cross, West of junction with Wilderness Lane, in hedge, on North side of road. Honiton old gabled stone, erected by the Honiton turnpike trust in the 18th century. Inscription reads:- V MILES from HONITON VI to CULLOMPTON Rivet on top, eroded carved benchmark on top face. Milestone Society National ID: DV_CMHN06.
