Carved stone post by the UC road (former A11), in parish of HARLOW (HARLOW District), London Road, by the road, on Southeast side of road. Erected by the Hockerill turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : EPPING / 5 : : 21 / LONDON : : HARLOW / 1 : Essex HER listed.
