Cast iron post by the B4221, in parish of LINTON (District), Gorsley, between post office and county boundary against hedge on verge, on South side of road. Hereford iron T-post, erected by the Newent turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : TO / ROSS / 6 / MILES : : LINTON / PARISH : : TO / NEWENT / 3 / MILES : (maker illegible).
