Carved stone post by the A631, in parish of EVERTON (BASSETLAW District), by Hall Farm, Everton, on the verge, on South side of road. Gainsborough stone, erected by the Bawtry Bridge to Hainton turnpike trust in the 19th century. Very weathered stone. Inscription once read:- : (Bawtry / 3 / Gainsborough / 9) : (Carved bench mark on the South West face.) Milestone Society National ID: NT_BWGN03.
