Metal plate attached to stone post by the UC road, in parish of KEMPSEY (MALVERN HILLS District), 40yds South of 30mph sign in Kerswell Green, just South of chapel on verge, on East side of road. Erected by the Worcester turnpike trust in the 19th century.
