Carved stone post by the B1113, in parish of SWARDESTON (SOUTH NORFOLK District), Main Road, by "Hadfield", against wall, in pavement, on North West side of road. New Buckenham wedge, erected by the New Buckenham turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : NORWICH / 4 / MILES : : SWARDESTON : : NEW BUCKENHAM / 11 / MILES : Grade II Listed.
