Stone post (plate lost) by the A4117, in parish of CLEOBURY MORTIMER (SOUTH SHROPSHIRE District), Yell Rough; West of the B4201 junction, against hedgerow, on North side of road. Bewdley Dog Lane plate, erected by the Doglane Gate (District of Bewdley) turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription once read:- : (TO / BEWDLEY / 7 MILES / CLEOBURY / 1 MILE) : Carved benchmark lower front centre. Milestone Society National ID: SA_CMBD01.
