Carved stone post by the UC road, in parish of KILMINGTON (SALISBURY District), Tower Road, Stourton; 5m from junction with road to Kilmington Common, in hedgerow, on North side of road. Erected by an unknown authority in the 19th century. The hedge was layered in 2009 making the stone clearly visible on Streetview. Inscription once read:- : (Sarum / 25) : Milestone Society National ID: WI_SAOD25.
