Metal plate attached to stone post by the B3049, in parish of WINCHESTER (WINCHESTER District), Stockbridge Road, Weeke, opposite Weeke Manor Close on embankment, on South West side of road. Stockbridge flat-top, erected by the Stockbridge & Winchester turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- TO WINCHESTER 1 MILE Grade II Listed.
