Carved stone post by the B5275, in parish of LANCASTER (LANCASTER District), Torrisholme Road, Torriesholme end, next to the College, against garden wall of No. 167, opposite Endsleigh Grove, on West side of road. Erected by an unknown authority in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : (Lancaster / Town) Hall / 2 / (Mi)les : Carved benchmark and rivet upper front. Milestone Society National ID: LA_LAHM02.
