Carved stone post by the A681, in parish of RAWTENSTALL (ROSSENDALE District), by No. 649, Bacup Road, Waterfoot, by boundary wall, on South side of road. Lancs CC stone triangle, erected by the County Council in the 19th/20th century. Inscription reads:- : {arrow} / RAWTENSTALL / 1½ MILES : : WATERFOOT : : {arrow} / BACUP / 3 MILES : Milestone Society National ID: LA_BCRT03.
