Carved stone post by the UC road (was A1), in parish of LITTLE PAXTON (HUNTINGDONSHIRE District), Great North Road, South of village, on the verge, on North West side of road. Erected by the Biggleswade to Alconbury Hill turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : 57 / MILES / FROM / LONDON / LT PAXTON : Milestone Society National ID: HU_LY57.
