Carved stone post by the B6107, in parish of SLAITHWAITE AND MARSDEN (KIRKLEES District), Meltham Road, Marsden, at Badger Gate, West end of small bridge, near National Trust sign, on South side of road. Erected by the Wakefield & Austerlands turnpike trust in the 18th century. Inscription reads:- : TO / A / 9M : : TO / M / 2M : : TO / H / 6M : Milestone Society National ID: YW_HUMR06.
