The milestone is located between the junctions with Broomfield Avenue and Evans Croft in a brick surround against the brick wall on the north side of the road. Parish of Fazeley (Lichfield District). Cast iron post, Lathe iron casting design, erected by the County Council in the 19th/20th century. Inscription reads:- ATHERSTONE 7 : : FAZELEY : : LICHFIELD 8 : : Chas. Lathe, Tipton.
