The milestone was located north of the Wood Farm junction, by the roadside on the west side of road. Parish of Newport Pagnell (Milton Keynes District). Pressed steel post, Bucks pressing design, erected by the county council in the 20th century. Inscription reads:- : NORTH- / AMPTON / 13¾ : : LONDON / 51 : : NEWPORT / ¾ : Lost since 1970.
