Carved stone post by the A215, in parish of CAMBERWELL AND DULWICH (SOUTHWARK District), Denmark Hill, near junction with Camberwell Green, in pilaster between butchers and cleaner's shops, on West side of road. Surrey limestone pillar, erected by the Surrey & Sussex turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription once read:- : (3 / Miles / From the / Treasury / Whitehall) : (3½ / Miles / From the / Standard / Cornhill) : Milestone Society National ID: SY_LODU03.
