Carved stone post by the UC road, in parish of WHITCHURCH (WEST DEVON District), 60m South East of Caseytown Cross, at top of lane where Devon Banks starts, next to road, leaning against wall on corner, on West side of road. Tavy granite stone, erected by the Tavistock turnpike trust in the 18th century. Inscription reads:- 13 MILES TO PLYMo Milestone Society National ID: DV_PLPTa13
