Carved stone post by the A121, in parish of LOUGHTON (EPPING FOREST District), Church Hill, by the road, on South side of road. Erected by the Woodford & Harlow turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : EPPING / 4 : : LOUGHTON / PARISH : : LONDON / 12 : Milestone Society National ID: EX_WFHW12.
