Carved stone post by the A583, in parish of WESTBY WITH PLUMPTONS (FYLDE District), Peel Hill Bridge, by Maple Farm Nursery, by the road, on North side of road. Lancs CC stone triangle, erected by the County Council in the 19th/20th century. Inscription reads:- : KIRKHAM / 4¼ MILES / PRESTON / 12¼ MILES : : WESTBY-WITH- / PLUMPTON : : BLACKPOOL / 5 MILES : Milestone Society National ID: LA_BPPS05.
