Carved stone post by the UC road (was A325), in parish of FARNHAM (WAVERLEY District). Section of the old road, in a cul-de-sac opposite entrance to Brodrick Farmhouse, North West sector of Six Bells roundabout, on grass by a thicket beside old road, on East side of road. Bagshot facet, erected by the Winchester, Upper District (Bagshot to Farnham) turnpike trust in the 18th century. Inscription reads:- : Farnham / 1 : : Farnham / 1 / LONDON / 37 : : Bagshot / 11 : Carved bench mark on South-west face. Milestone Society National ID: SY_LWW37.
