Carved stone post by the B3215, in parish of SAMPFORD COURTENAY (WEST DEVON District), Fernhills Moor, nearly opposite drive to farm, on grass verge, on North side of road. Okehampton small tombstone, erected by the Okehampton turnpike trust in the 18th century. Inscription reads:- (O)KETON 4 Miles Milestone Society National ID: DV_OKCR04.
