Carved stone post by the A3100 (was A3), in parish of Godalming (Waverley District), Meadrow, by No. 10, back to wall, in pavement, on Southeast side of road. Guildford facets, erected by the Kingston & Sheetbridge, 1st District turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : GODALMING / 1 : : PORTSMOUTH / 38 / HYDE PARK CORNER / 31 : : GUILDFORD / 4 MILES : Two carved benchmarks on right side. Milestone Society National ID: SY_LP31.
