Cast iron post by the A40, in parish of WESTON UNDER PENYARD (District), Ryeford South, by angled entrance, opposite a stone house on small verge by footpath, on West side of road. Perkin Ross iron T-post, erected by the Ross turnpike trust in the 19th/20th century. Inscription reads:- : TO / ROSS / 3 / MILES : : WESTON / PARISH : : TO GLOUCEST / ER / 13 / MILES : Maker:- : PERKINS / & / BELLAMY / ROSS. : Milestone Society National ID: HF_RSGL03.
