Carved stone post by the UC road, in parish of CAMBERWELL AND DULWICH (SOUTHWARK District), Red Post Hill, by No. 20, just North of North Dulwich Railway Station, back to boundary wall, set in pavement, on East side of road. Surrey limestone pillar, erected by the Surrey & Sussex turnpike trust in the 18th century. Inscription reads:- : Miles / from the / Treasury / Whitehall : : 4½ : : Miles / from the / Standard / Cornhill : Grade II listed.
