Carved stone post by the A337, in parish of BOLDRE (NEW FOREST District), Buckland Rings, built into the retaining wall associated with the railway bridge, on West side of road. Erected by the Lymington, Lyndhurst & Rumbridge turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- TO LYMINGTON (1) Carved cancelled benchmark on lower face. Milestone Society National ID: HA_LYLH01.
