Cast iron post by the B4224, in parish of HAMPTON BISHOP (0 District), West of village, East of Bunch of Carrots, on verge, on South West side of road. Hereford iron T-post, erected by the Hereford turnpike trust in the 19th century. N.B. Damaged/broken in 2020, so removed for safe keeping pending decision on repair. Inscription reads:- : TO / HEREFORD / 3 / MILES : : HAMPTON / BISHOP / PARISH : : TO / GLO'STER / 23 / MILES : Grade II listed.
