Metal plate attached to stone post by the B1038, in parish of BUNTINGFORD (EAST HERTFORDSHIRE District), High Street, outside St. Peters church, in pavement against wall of church, on West side of road. Wadesmill plate, erected by the Wadesmill turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- LONDON 31 WARE 10 ROYSTON 7 Grade II listed.
