This plaque is in front of 'The Wirral Stone' at the junction of the B5151 Hadlow Road and the A540 Chester High Road - Image It reads: THE WIRRAL STONE Believed to mark the centre of The Wirral Hundred And to be the source of the name WILLASTON Resited and Refurbished 1993 Lt.
