Blaenau Ffestiniog's town centre has recently been regenerated. A new bus station has been built along with new viewing areas for the neighbouring mountain ranges. Several slate structures have also been built with poetry engraved on them. Poetry and local sayings have been engraved on slate bands set into the pavements throughout the town centre.
