The big Brunswick Square development was flanked by two service roads, Brunswick Street East and West. The street still retains a number of small workshops and businesses though many have now been converted into cottages. The original Brunswick Town Hall and Police Station were also in this street being further up next to the cars parked on the left. One is now a snooker hall the other a pub called the Bow Street Runner.
