The XFi Centre for finance and investment is part of Exeter Business School and is a research and teaching institute on the Streatham Campus of the University of Exeter. The building has its own plant room/boiler house with three slim chimneys. If the University has a centralised energy centre I have yet to fall over it. It is, however, a big campus.
