The gable end of the Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101254842-17-st-marys-street-shrewsbury#.XENAYlz7TIU late 17th century house at the corner of St Mary's Street and Church Street. The shop front is a much later (19th century) alteration to the house.
