The barn is of limestone with a pantiled roof. The view is from a gate where there are warnings about the barn being an unsafe structure, but maybe part of the reason is to deter visitors from looking for the spa well, which appears to be a very small pond to the right of the camera position. What sort of mineral waters came to the surface here? An on line search has revealed nothing, whilst there is no smell of sulphur to indicate that mineral. A mystery to be solved.
