This banner is attached to the railings on the north-eastern side of Brook Bridge over the River Tame. Brook Bridge is said to be 18th century and the roadway it carries, Wigmore Lane, is one way in a south-westerly direction and it also carries a cycle route. Immediately to the south runs the A4041 road from West Bromwich to its junction with the A452 Chester Road on the western edge of Sutton Park. Time photo taken 2.26 pm GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).
