On the right is Centurion House Image and on the left is the new "125 Deansgate" which is currently under construction by the Marcus Worthington Group http://125deansgate.com/ Once that work and also the refurbishment of Lincoln Square behind https://www.placenorthwest.co.uk/news/lincoln-square-overhaul-revealed/ is completed there should be an even clearer view available.
