The retail park is located on Lincoln Road in the Walton area of the city. It was built in the late 1980s on the site of the former Peter Brotherhood engineering works and was refurbished at a cost of £25 million (GBP 25 million) between 2011 and 2012. Retail outlets at the park include Marks & Spencer (M&S), Harveys, Next, H&M, TK Maxx, Oak Furnitureland, Carphone Warehouse, Tapi Carpets, Asda Living and Costa Coffee.
