The memorial is in the forecourt of the club, in New Road. It relates to both World Wars and later. It consists of four stones, some or probably all of which were erected here about 1995. The black stone has the inscription: "Lest we Forget. In memory of the men and women of Rubery and Rednal who gave their lives in the service of our Country." Below the grey stone has the inscription: "This stone was laid 50 years after World War II to commemorate all members of H.M. Forces who have died in service since 1945." The other two stones record the names of those who died in the two World Wars. The War Memorials website has a listing of the names on the stones. WM ref: 38664. Image
