Planning permission has been granted by Thanet District Council under application number F/TH/17/1125 for the “erection of part three, part four storey building comprising 12 2-bed flats together with erection of rear boundary wall and single storey bin store enclosures”. The building is being erected on a site, which used to be the premises of stonemasons Andrews and Elliott Ltd.
