Located outside and sponsored by the Medicines Evaluation Unit (MEU) Image at Wythenshawe Hospital, Sneezebee was created by Pam Smart, Michelle Turton and Lizzie Rose Chapman. "Magnified pollen grains reflect the unit's close links and experience in the field of allergy and respiratory research. This Bee will remain here as a landmark for the valued volunteers who visit the MEU to take part in clinical research and for families and visitors to the hospital." "Based at Wythenshawe Hospital Manchester and founded in 1994, the Medicines Evaluation Unit is one of the UK's leading specialist clinical research facilities. It has over 20 years; experience in undertaking clinical trials to aid the development of ground-breaking medicines for patients and future generations."
