The building, empty until recently, has been refurbished and awaits new occupiers. At present it looks a little forlorn, like a pretty girl who's been stood up. Update 05 July 2009: the building is now called 'Arclite House' and presently has two occupiers, HSM Ltd and Renaissance Easy Claim.
